Service terms
Website Buyout
Website Buyout is $499 USD one time for up to five business-information pages, responsive design, a contact form, basic page titles/descriptions, and two consolidated revision rounds. The client provides authorized content. Ecommerce, custom apps, new integrations, additional pages, unlimited revisions, domain purchases and third-party subscriptions are outside scope unless separately agreed. No sales or search-ranking results are guaranteed.
Website Care
Website Care is $79 USD monthly, including three small edit batches of up to four existing text/photo swaps each, hosting where appropriate, backups and contact checks. No rollover, redesigns, new pages or new functionality are included. Existing-site care requires platform and least-privilege access review before purchase. Domains remain client-owned; migrations and DNS changes require an agreed plan.
Billing and cancellation
Managed Website charges $228 USD at purchase: $149 one-time setup and $79 for the first care month. Care starts at purchase and $79 renews monthly starting one month later until canceled. The build fee never recurs. Cancel by emailing the support address before your next renewal; care continues through the paid period. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Delivery and review
Generally website builds take a week. We will review your requests and confirm the details with you, and agree to a timeline before work starts. You provide business information and content you are authorized to use. Two consolidated revision rounds are included. If the package does not fit your requirements, you can cancel before launch for a full refund.
Support, backups and hosting
Request care changes by email. Care includes three small edit batches each month, each with up to four existing text or photo swaps, hosting where appropriate, backups and contact checks. We confirm compatible hosting, support arrangements, backup scope and any hosting handover with you before work begins. Domain ownership stays with you. No automatic domain or hosting migration is promised.
Refunds
Cancel any time before your website goes live for a full refund, even if design work has already started. Once your website goes live, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request cancellation under this guarantee, we refund all amounts paid for the website package and its care service. Email Support@EasyStartWeb.com with your business name and checkout email to request cancellation or a refund. This policy applies regardless of customer geography.
Taxes
All prices are in USD. No sales tax is collected at checkout.
Applicable law and rights
These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Website Buyout ownership and handover
Website Buyout ($499): once paid, you own the custom website work we create for you. At completion, we hand over the website/source files and practical setup information so you can maintain it yourself or use another provider. Ownership and handover do not depend on buying or continuing our maintenance.
Managed Website design license and cancellation
Managed Website ($149 setup + $79/month): EasyStart Web retains ownership of our custom website design and work. You receive a license to use it while the subscription remains active. If you cancel after the website has been built and launched without completing an ownership buyout, service continues through the paid period; at the end of that period the license ends and the managed website is taken offline. Unless you complete the optional ownership buyout below, this package does not transfer ownership or include an entitlement to export or continue using our design after termination. There is no minimum subscription term or cancellation fee. An optional $350 ownership buyout is available by verified customer request.
Website Buyout + Care ownership and cancellation
Website Buyout + Care charges $578 at purchase: $499 for the owned website and $79 for the first month of care. Care starts at purchase and renews at $79 monthly one month later until canceled. You own our custom website work after payment and receive website/source files at completion. Canceling care does not revoke ownership. Hosting and care end at the end of the paid period; we provide the owned website files and practical setup information for hosting elsewhere. Arrange replacement hosting before that date to keep your website online. Your domain and supplied content remain yours.
Optional Managed Website ownership buyout
Existing Managed Website customers may request an optional $350 one-time ownership buyout for their eligible managed website. The original $149 setup payment plus this $350 buyout equals the $499 ownership price; monthly care payments pay for ongoing service and do not reduce the buyout fee. Request a review through our contact form or Support@EasyStartWeb.com and identify the website. We verify the customer and eligible site before arranging payment. Only after the buyout payment clears and is verified do ownership of our custom work and website/source-file handover transfer for that site. A request or payment-page visit does not transfer ownership. Care continues at $79/month unless separately canceled. After a completed buyout, canceling care does not revoke ownership; hosting/support end at the end of the paid period and you can move the owned site elsewhere. Your domain/content and third-party licenses remain unchanged. Existing refund commitments remain unchanged; this option adds no refund exclusion.
Your content, domain and third-party licenses
Your domain and the content you supply remain yours under every package. Third-party components, fonts, images and open-source software remain subject to their applicable licenses; we do not claim ownership of them. Care-only service for an existing website does not transfer ownership to EasyStart Web.
Refund policy preserved
The full pre-launch refund and 14-day post-launch money-back guarantee remain unchanged. These ownership terms add no refund exclusions or cancellation charges.
Which version applies
Ownership terms version 2026-11-03-packages-v4 applies only to new checkouts that explicitly acknowledge it. Existing orders and already-created checkouts retain the terms presented when their checkout was created.
